EQUINE EXPO of TEXAS

A few examples of past booth spaces.
 APPROXIMATELY   10 deep x 20 wide.

You have side walls as seen below made of wood/steel covered with "vinyl" type materials.
DO NOT USE TAPE, GLUE, WIRE, ETC on these side walls or you will be responsible for ANY damage.
Hang over the tops of the walls or bring something free standing.

Banners and signage easily hang on the back wall where the bars are.
Use electric ties or string/rope, NO TAPE and please,
DO NOT DAMAGE THE WALLS or LEAVE GLUE BEHIND!
You will be responsible for any damage.
Thank you on that.

The back of your booth is visible in the top row photo to the right.
The back is about 2/3 solid ( like the side walls ) and then the top approx. 1/3 is the black bars.
Again, the electric plugs are behind each booth and the stalls in a half concrete wall.
Please bring extension cords.

Note the side walls are a "vinyl" covering a
wood/steel wall and will either be
dark green or dark blue depending on
the temporary stalls they bring in.
Behind the black wall in this photo are the "bars"
as seen in the photo to the right.
That is the BACK of your booths/stalls.

Note the "bars" in the background".
That is the back of your booth.
Electric goes through bars behind your booth.

Nice use of stall drapes covering the walls.

Frieisian booth wrapped the side walls and hung
nice flowering.  A good looking booth.

Be cautious of this type of layout as the actual booth space might be a couple inches less than
"exactly" 20 feet and two "pop ups" might not fit.
Also, the Fire Marshall sometimes doesn't like this
as it interferes with the sprinkler systems.
You "might" be asked to take it down.
This is NOT an Expo decision but a fire decision.

They brought in their own "walls".

Note the "side walls" in this photo.
You can see graphics hung on the walls,
but they are hung using those plastic hooks from 3M
that you pull the glue and it "removes itself"
leaving nothing behind and doing no damage.

Note the aisles are concrete and the
"booth/stalls" are shown as the
"green vinyl" wall behind the horses
in this photo.
